We were running trials for a blender pancake recipe, too! So I just sorta flattened the “crimp” back out again, let them cook some more until they appeared more cooked. They appeared to be cooking and then, in flipping them… the spatula almost smushed them towards the middle of the pan (like it ruined the perfect circle) as if they were raw inside.
